Compatibility with Apple Find My and Google Android Find Hub ensures broad device coverage and improved location accuracy across both major mobile ecosystems.
A compact and lightweight form factor has been combined with durable construction to support daily use. With a weight of only 10g and an IP67 dust and water resistance rating, Xiaomi Tag is built to withstand splashes, rain, dust, and everyday bumps. Long-lasting performance is supported by a replaceable CR2032 battery, delivering over one year of battery life under typical usage conditions, while low-battery alerts are provided through the tracking app for added convenience.
Privacy and security have been prioritized throughout the tracking process. Location data is encrypted during transmission, ensuring that access is restricted to the owner only. Anti-tracking alerts are also supported, notifying users if an unknown tag has been detected nearby for an extended period, depending on the capabilities of the selected tracking network.
Dual-Network Compatibility
Support is provided for both Apple Find My and Google Android Find Hub, allowing Xiaomi Tag to work with a wide range of smartphones and tablets. Device compatibility includes Android 9 or later and iOS 14.5 or later. Simultaneous use of both networks is not supported.
Remote Item Location
Items can be located remotely through the respective tracking app. Nearby devices within the supported network anonymously assist by uploading location data to the cloud, enabling efficient and accurate tracking.
Lost Mode with Contact Details
Lost Mode can be enabled to display the owner’s contact information and a custom message. For Google Android Find Hub users, a nearby detection notification is shown. For Apple Find My users, the tag can be tapped using an NFC-enabled smartphone to view the owner’s details.
Left-Behind Alerts
Notifications are sent when an item is separated from the user and is no longer in a frequent location. Frequent locations can be preset to reduce unnecessary alerts. This feature is supported on Apple Find My.
Sharing with Family and Friends
Access to Xiaomi Tag can be shared with trusted contacts, allowing others to help locate lost items when needed.
Long-Lasting, Replaceable Battery
A removable CR2032 button cell battery is used, providing over one year of battery life based on typical daily usage. Battery replacement is simple and supported by low-battery notifications.

To qualify for an exchange, your item must remain in its original condition, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original sealed packaging. Additionally, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
