Tenda Gpon Single Port Xpon ONT Gigabit HG1-APC is an XPON ONT designed for business internet access. It provides 1*SC/APC XPON port and 1*1000Mbps RJ45 LAN port, along with 1*DC port for external power. The optical specifications include transmit at 1310nm and receive at 1490nm, with a transmission distance of 20km max. For performance, it supports upstream 1.25Gbps max and downstream 2.5Gbps max. With routing mode and bridge mode access support, it can fit different WAN connection setups such as PPPoE, Dynamic IP, and Static IP. For management and networking features, this ONT includes DHCP Server capabilities, including DHCP relay and DHCP client list functions with address reservation. It supports DHCP and Dynamic DNS services, along with firewall options such as ALG, IP filter, Port filter, Mac filter, URL filter, Port forwarding, and DMZ. Exchange Policy
We operate a 3-day exchange policy, granting you 3 days from receipt of your item to initiate an exchange.

During the warranty period, 961 Souq will repair or replace, at no charge, any parts that are found to be defective due
to faulty materials or poor workmanship. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Any Physical Damage, damage due to misuse, abuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.
- Wear and tear from regular usage, including cosmetic damage like scratches or dents.
- Damage caused by power surges, lightning strikes, or electrical malfunctions.
- Products with altered or removed serial numbers.
- Software-related issues
