A 20MP 4K UltraHD camera system with a wide 120° field of view is integrated, ensuring that every participant is captured with sharp detail and natural framing. AI-driven camera intelligence is applied to improve meeting equity by automatically adjusting framing so that all voices and expressions are clearly represented.
Seamless deployment is enabled through multiple power and connectivity options, including USB Type-C® and Power over Ethernet (PoE++), allowing flexible installation in small meeting rooms. Built-in stereo speakers and a beamforming microphone array are engineered to deliver balanced, room-filling sound with reduced background noise. Enterprise-level management is supported through Poly Lens, where monitoring, updates, and troubleshooting can be handled remotely across distributed workspaces.
AI-based video intelligence is applied through Poly DirectorAI, where speaker tracking, group framing, and people framing are dynamically managed to maintain focus on active participants. Meeting clarity is further improved through automatic voice detection and intelligent framing, reducing interruptions and enhancing communication flow.
High-quality audio capture is ensured through four digital MEMS microphones combined with advanced noise suppression technology. Voice pickup is optimized across the room, while stereo speakers deliver balanced sound reproduction, allowing both remote and in-room participants to communicate effectively without distortion or loss of clarity.
Flexible installation is supported through USB, Ethernet, and PoE++ compatibility, allowing integration into various IT environments without complex configuration. A removable privacy cap and monitor clamp are provided to support secure and adaptable mounting options.
Sustainability considerations have been integrated, with a housing composed of at least 65% post-consumer recycled plastic and paper-based packaging used to reduce environmental impact.
