When closed, it covers the Galaxy Tab S7's screen, guarding it from accidental damage. When opened, you get an 81-key keyboard with large integrated touchpad and 16 function keys. When used together with DeX, you can achieve a desktop-like experience. For more comfort while typing, the back of the Book Cover has been equipped with a free stop hinge, which allows you to fine tune the angle of the Tab S7. It can be set to an extreme 165°.
